Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email returns@boottique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide a return authorization code and detailed instructions for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 20 days after purchase date
-Any item that is returned without prior authorization
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and applied your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within three to five business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card statement again after five to seven business days have passed.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We will offer replacement for damaged or defective items. If you need an exchange, send us an email with your order number and reason for request at customerservice@boottique.com and wait for further instruction, or contact us by phone at 1-952-405-9439.
